Accommodation

The Organizing Committee has chosen two nearby Hotels:
Hotel "Park INN Pulkovskaya" (1, Pobedy Square, Pulkovskaya)

and Hotel "Rossiya" (11 Pl. Chernyshevskogo, Rossiya)
and reserved at the special discounts rates the sufficient number of rooms for the Symposium period. We would like to note that the end of June, the best period of white nights, is the top visiting time in St. Petersburg and the hotels are overcrowded, so we are to confirm the booking in advance. We have concluded the Agreement with FAVORIT DMC in Saint Petersburg for Hotel booking (on Symposium discount rates), transfer and Social Program realization, so to make the Hotel booking, please, don't directly contact the hotel for the reservation; submit the filled-in Hotel Reservation Form at the following addresses:

Daily room charges are the following (in rubles):
Hotel room rates per day in the hotel “Park INN Pulkovskaya”:
  • Single room: 6500 RUR with breakfast.
  • Double room: 7000 RUR with breakfast.

    Hotel room rates per day in the hotel “Rossiya”:
  • Single room: 4300 RUR with breakfast.
  • Double room: 5200 RUR with breakfast.
  • Junior suit: 6400 RUR with breakfast.

    Price includes breakfast and tax service charges. All rooms are with bath or shower, TV-sets, refrigerator and telephone.

    In addition to these Hotels because of large number of participants Organizing Committee and FAVORIT DMC have decided to propose for accommodation one more not very expensive, three stars Hotel “Pekinskiy Garden” (11, Tallinskaya str.). It is located in 20 minutes by mini-bus from the Symposium venue. Transportation will be provided. It is a new Chinese mini-hotel with comfortable double rooms. Hotel room rates per day in “Pekinskiy Garden” for two persons are 4100 RUR, including breakfast. These rooms can be used for one person at the same cost.
