Submission of Abstracts
Abstracts on the related technical areas listed in the Symposium topics are invited by
e-mail: chugui@tdisie.nsc.ru
Authors are required to send an abstract of about 500 words (A4) for every original and
unpublished paper. The abstract should introduce research purposes, principles,
methods, new results, key techniques, conclusions, and references. All
abstracts must include the title of the paper, names of the author and
principal co-authors, address, e-mail address, phone/fax number.
For A4 page set margins to 2.5 cm left and 2 cm for top, bottom and right.
Abstract title is 14 pt bold (Times New Roman).
Authors names, affiliations are 12 pt (Times New Roman)
Keywords are 12 pt (Times New Roman)
Address, e-mail address, phone/fax number
Text is 12 pt (Times New Roman).
It should be noted at the end:
- for oral presentation or for poster presentation
- one or two topics from the list of the Symposium topics, which correspond to the content of the paper
Abstracts will be
reviewed by members of International Program Committee and authors will be
notified of acceptance no later than November 15, 2008, together with the
guidelines for preparation of camera-ready manuscripts. The camera-ready papers
should be submitted before February 1, 2008 for refereeing. The final
acceptance of the paper for oral presentation, publication in the Proceedings
or poster presentation will be based on peer review. The length of paper is
expected no more than 5 pages.
After the Symposium, a part of the presented papers after careful consideration will be recommended
for publication in “Measurement Science and
Technology”, “Key Engineering Materials”, and “Measurement Techniques”
Journals.
Both abstracts and papers must be written in English and all the papers accepted must be presented in English as well.
