General Information on Paper Submission

The Symposium contributions will be selected based on a two-step process of reviewing abstracts and manuscripts by the Symposium International Program Committee and Publication Committee.

  • The abstracts are required to submit via E-mail until September 15, 2008.
  • The camera-ready manuscripts are required to submit via E-mail until February 1, 2009.
  • Both abstracts and papers must be written in English and all the papers accepted must be presented in English as well.
  • To assure the Symposium quality, the papers will be reviewed by multiple reviewers and decision on papers acceptance will be made by the Publication Committee in reference of the reviewers’ comments until March 15, 2009.

    • All the accepted manuscripts will be published in the Symposium Proceedings and authors will receive these Proceedings at the Registration Desk during the Symposium. After the Symposium, a part of the presented papers after careful consideration will be recommended for publication in “Measurement Science and Technology”, “Key Engineering Materials”, “Measurement Techniques” and other Journals. The publication cost will be informed later after concluding the Agreements with these Journals.
