we are pleased to invite you to prepare and submit the manuscripts for the Symposium.
Please refer to the following instructions for preparing and submitting your manuscript and send one copy of your
paper in Word format (version 1998-2003) by E-mail: chugui@tdisie.nsc.ru
no later than February 1, 2009.
The typical length of the papers for invited, oral and poster contributions is of 5 pages (A4).
Papers exceeding this limit may be rejected.
For A4 page top, bottom, left and right margins are 2.5 cm.
Text is 12 pt (Times New Roman), paragraph is 0.75 cm.
Text paragraphs are single spaced.
Figures and Tables are included in the text.
Captions for Figures and Tables are 10 pt (Times New Roman).

The abstract should concisely summarize key findings of the paper, and should consist of a single paragraph containing no more than 200 words. A list of up to 6 keywords (12 pt Times New Roman) should immediately follow.
After the Symposium, a part of the presented at the Symposium reports after careful consideration will be recommended for publication in some Journals and further we will kindly ask the authors to follow these Journals Guidelines for papers presentation.
An author who finishes Symposium registration by paying the registration fee can publish one paper for free in KEM. Each extra paper will be charged an additional publication fee of approximately 75 Euro.
Both abstracts and papers must be written in English and all the papers accepted must be presented in English as well.
