Guidelines for poster presentations
- Poster presentations are expected to adhere to the same high standards as oral presentations. That is, they should contain significant technical results and data together with their interpretation without commercialism. In order to have a really successful POSTER it must be prepared with great care. The text and figures in a poster must be striking. The letters and figures must be enough for anyone with normal vision to distinguish from a distance of some steps.
It is advisable to use Bold Letters for key words and different colours to distinguish the information.
Each poster presentation must include the following:
- A title, including authors’ names and affiliations
- Abstract
- Purpose/Introduction
- Subjects & Methods
- Results
- Discussion/Conclusions
- References
- Poster sessions will be on June 30, Tuesday and on July 1, Wednesday (14.00 – 15.00) in the Ekaterininskiy Hall of the Symposium venue.
Authors are kindly asked to be at their posters for the duration of the allocated discussion time (refer to the Final Scientific/Technical Program).
- Authors will be provided with a poster boards and support for mounting posters (stationary).
- The presentation board will be available for you to organize your poster on June 30, Tuesday and on July 1, Wednesday between 13.00 and 14.00. Please attach your poster 10 minutes before the poster session starts and remove your poster soon after the session.
- The size of the poster board for each poster presentation is 1000 mm (W)x1000 mm (H).
The paper number will be indicated at the poster board.
