Symposium Venue

As the venue of the Symposium we have chosen two nearby Hotels: Hotel " Park INN Pulkovskaya" (1, Pobedy Square, Pulkovskaya) and Hotel "Rossiya" (11 Pl. Chernyshevskogo, Rossiya). Located in one of the most beautiful areas of St. Petersburg, the four-star Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel is ideal for business and leisure of travelers. The hotel is on Moskovsky Avenue close to the heart of the city with all its attractions within easy reach. A stroll around the hotel will take you past the beautiful facades of this historic street, architectural monuments from the 19th century, cosy parks, shopping center and restaurants.

The Hotel “Rossiya” is one of the best three-star hotels in St. Petersburg. It is located in one of the most fashionable areas of St. Petersburg, on avenue which is second in importance for the city. Windows face the Victory Park, one of the most picturesque parks of St.Petersburg. Nearby is Park Pobedy Metro Station. The hotel is 20 minutes by car from Pulkovo Airport. St. Petersburg environs - Pushkin, Peterhof, and Pavlovsk - are 30-45 minutes away by tour bus. These Hotels have enough space for conventions and exhibitions. Accommodation and Symposium work will be in these two hotels. Free transfer from hotels will be provided.

Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel has 840 newly renovated rooms, modern conference and business center, Congress Hall for 600 delegates. Conference center “Burjua” of Rossiya Hotel consists of 8 new conference halls with up to date MICE facilities: Petrovskiy Hall (260 seats), Catherine’s Hall (170 seats), 5 halls-transformers (Nikolay I-II, Alexander I-III, Elizabeth). Soundproof sliding walls between the rooms allow for different configurations to suit particular requirements. Hall “Elizabeth” can be used as meeting room for 14 persons. The restaurant “Golden Apple” is a cozy place for Welcome Party.
